Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE: To enter customer orders as well as handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls
Provide written and verbal quotes to customers
Respond to customer requests for information and documents
Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.)
Resolve customer issues

Knowledge & Experience
- One to three years related experience and/or training in the field.
- Excellent computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting knowledge helpful
