Minimum 6 years systems analyst experience and 3+ years of Salesforce experience
Expertise in understanding the Salesforce.com, Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areas
Should have strong understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows
Experience performing data analysis using SQL on oracle database and Excel
Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirements
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program
Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows
Desired/Good to have Skills
Salesforce certification
Working understanding of Provar QA automation
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and EKS
Experience with Java and webservices
Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js) is a plus
