Job Description:
This Legal Aide I position will assist the DED legal staff by conducting research and drafting legal documents.
Job Duties: Conduct legal research, draft memorandums and other internal agency communications, draft correspondence, draft Standard Operating Procedures, analyze legal issues, conduct agency regulatory training. Other duties as assigned within the scope of classification.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in, and completion of one year of law school (approved by the American Bar Association).
Other: Regular and reliable attendance required.
