What will your job look like?
The Contract Oversight Specialist will develop audit tools, reports and project plans to help the Austin contract achieve and maintain ongoing contractual compliance and efficiency goals. The Contract Oversight Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring MTM’s overall contractual compliance, while working with numerous departments and teams to develop and implement long-term compliance solutions.

What you’ll do:
Utilize large datasets to identify potential compliance deficiencies
Develop project plans and tracking mechanisms to correct any identified deficiencies
Ensure identified deficiencies are corrected by the provided deadline, and within the parameters of the contract
Create contractual compliance audit tools and matrixes to improve contract compliance
Analyze data from contract compliance tools to improve decision-making and efficiency
Utilize quantitative data to determine trends and patterns within complaints, helping to create process improvement initiatives
Collect and analyze safety data and trends to ensure contract compliance with AFR
Maintain an understanding of all contract documents and have a working knowledge of all Client protocols
Gain an in-depth understanding of how contract verbiage and requirements should be applied to the operational processes of the contract
Document and report all audit findings
Communicate and/or present audit findings to various stakeholders
Provide recommendations for systematic internal controls and process changes to ensure ongoing compliance for corrected deficiencies
Support the safety action plan and safety management system initiatives
Provide support on creating and maintaining accident and incident files
Promote employee self-responsibility to achieve all safety goals and training requirements
Ensure all new hires meet minimum qualifications for each division including, background and MVR checks
Help support all related audits including those conducted by the Company, the Client, internal staff members and state and federal regulatory agencies
Execute periodic performance evaluations for all Operator employees
Compile information to understand key complaint indicators and spot trends, patterns, and track performance for internal and external stakeholders
Generate comprehensive reports and perform regular and ad-hoc analysis of deficiencies

What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in contract compliance and/or operational auditing role
Experience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations
Skills:
Intermediate understanding of database/system concepts and/or design
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Ability to complete basic to intermediate data analysis
Detail-oriented, thorough, and a systematic/methodical approach to projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Ability to tactfully question and obtain information

Salary Min: $52,720/ annually
Salary Max: $70,000/ annually
