Job Overview: - This position requires proficiency in using statistical methods and tools to evaluate data and create visual representations of data to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. - Analytical chemistry or analytical equipment background required. - Background in high purity gas analysis and/or air separation processes preferred. - Coordinates and/or conducts training of local personnel covering quality and analytical topics. - Establishes, monitors and reports on site quality initiatives. - Maintains site documentation and lead audit responses with regards to quality (customer communication, facility compliance, calibration records, etc) - Works closely with plant personnel to maintain a quality management program that meets or exceeds all internal and external customer requirements. - Works closely with management team and operational support personnel to identify improvement opportunities, benchmark local performance with other LGUS facilities, and screen analytical equipment and analytical service contractors. Primary Responsibilities: - Records management- SSOPs - Compliance records - Training of local personnel - quality and analytical topics- FDA - ISO9001 - FSSC22000 - cGMP - Analytical - Linde's quality assurance program - Analytical expertise- Evaluation of equipment and process performance - Analytical systems and equipment areas of concern - Analytical systems and equipment areas of improvement - Analytical systems and equipment training - Conduct statistical analysis of process and pipeline parameters to identify areas of improvement. - Benchmark local performance with other LGUS facilities in terms of analytical uptime, QIRs, etc. - Coordinate scheduling of maintenance for analytical equipment locally as well as with OEM/external laboratories. - First line of communication for audits with internal and external auditors. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or degree in analytical chemistry or a related field is preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. - Experience with high purity gases analytical equipment preferred. Analytical equipment examples: Orthodyne, Siemens, Valco, Servomex, ThermoFisher, Ldetek, Peak. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Valid driver's license.
