oversee the implementation, project management, and product ownership of client-facing needs, including implementations, feature requests, and Integrations/APIs. This role will ensure seamless delivery of solutions, managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from concept through execution, to meet the strategic goals of client and our customers.
Communication and organization are critical to this role to ensure client facing projects are planned, designed, executed and communicated with the client. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the project plan for the client, and working closely with our development teams, to deliver high quality projects on time. It also includes working with sales, customer success, and development teams to ensure budget and customer goals are met.
You will be instrumental to the most strategic customers at our company. The ideal candidate will have a background in product ownership/management, project management and be extremely comfortable communicating with customers and development teams and, at times, having difficult conversations when things don't go right.
Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions related to client implementations, features and integrations, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work with developers to ensure high-quality implementations.
Project Management
Plan, manage, and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables for implementations, new feature requests and integrations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Continued process improvement looking for ways to improve go live checklists, automation and speed to delivery
Product Ownership
Build product requirements and project plans for all client facing solutions including implementations, new feature requests and integrations including writing detailed requirements and user stories for features
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding implementations, product features, integrations, and APIs.
Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction related to client solutions products.
Product expert of the system to be able to interface with a variety of stakeholders including sales, customer success, architecture and development to ensure communication of the product solutions
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Be an expert with respect to the competition as it relates to product development and positioning strategies
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing, integrating and utilizing our products.
Support sales related to deep dive demos, product solutioning and RFP responses related to the product
Support the product roadmap and product ownership of large-scale custom customer integrations
Improve Product Solution Value/Experience by converting customer feedback into actionable product improvement requirements related to customer solutions projects
What we're looking for:
5+ years product or implementations/ project management experience with B2B software products, ideally related to healthcare or workforce management
Bachelor's degree related to Business, Computer Science, or MIS college or university degree is required
Experience working with clients in designing and executing on integrations and APIs (like workday, bullhorn, salesforce)
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written with ability to effectively and tactfully communicate, in both written and verbal form, with a diverse group of stakeholders (prospects, clients, hospital executives, nurses, client development staff, product management staff, and development staff)
Extremely organized with ability to handle multiple, competing tasks and priorities
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, relate high-level information to details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business problem/needs
Above average observational skills to collect data and validate information
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
Very detailed oriented and comfortable working with complex project plans and defining development level requirements for those projects/products
Highly diligent, comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems, and flexible with willingness to stretch comfort zones to meet product, team, and competency goals
Advanced PC knowledge including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SQL
Experience in healthcare and workforce management strongly desired to understand critical workflows of our customers
Nice to have experience - developer background
Nice to have certifications - agile, scrum, pmp
