What youll be doing:
Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials (presentations, brochures, services and project specific information sheets and company introductory letters).Social media outreach (Create and deliver content, optimize campaigns via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or Vimeo)Develop and maintain CRM databases and update as neededResearch industry trendsDevelop and optimize quarterly company newsletterWebsite maintenance as neededDevelop/Coordinate/Manage marketing campaigns for trade shows and eventsCreate pre-show and post-show communications to potential customersCoordinate labor, electrical, rigging, furniture, shipping and material handling orders for tradeshow booth set up/dismantleCoordinate sales team travel, hotel, meetings and customer entertainment needsManage collateral inventory and fulfillment orderingAssist with daily operation of the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflowTrack marketing expenses against budget
What were looking for:
Rising junior or senior majoring in a Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Communications programDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneouslySelf-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the publicMust demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the departmentHigh energy level and sense of humorAdobe Creative Cloud knowledge and experience is a plusGoogle Analytics and Google AdWords experience is a plus
