Job Description
Support projects and development of tools generally focused on technical activities and client operations.
Reviews data associated with product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations
Performs data review of scientific investigations (EOE & DNF)
Coordinates data entry/collection and review assignments
Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
Ensures compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies
Participates in required training activities
Leadership Responsibilities:
Coordinates, supports, and monitors performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met
Coordinates with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines.
Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team
Manage time off and payroll entries of the team
May participate in new hire interviews
Supports the on-boarding process of new employees
Participates in training of other employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred major in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline
Leadership experience in a professional setting is required
Relevant experiencein the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryis preferred
Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment / ability to multi-task
Ability to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.Compensation range is $28.50-30/hr based on experience.
