Core4ce is seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our Beavercreek, OH office team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing specialized administrative support to executive, administrative, and line and staff managers.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail/packages.
  • Primary POC for incoming call routing.
  • Office and kitchen supply inventory management including stocking, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Conference room set up for internal and external meetings to include greeting guests and ensuring their comfort.
  • Assist all departments in records management and maintenance.
  • Book travel arrangements for out of state interviewees.
  • Primary POC for business printing to include business cards.
  • Maintenance of personnel contacts and email listings.
  • Primary POC for birthday, recognition, and other cards/flowers sent to employees by the company.
  • Provide specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of various administrative duties.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, report preparation, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Naturally self-driven and proactive.
  • Must be US Citizen

Preferred

  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
  • Additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of government contracting industry and terminology.
  • Microsoft Office with a minimum intermediate proficiency.
