Sales Specialist for Prize/Ticket Redemption Company
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 base (DOE) + commission & bonuses
Type: Full-time, Immediate Hire
Our client, a leader in the Prize/Ticket Redemption industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join their growing team. This position is ideal for a sales professional with 2+ years of experience, adept at driving new business, increasing revenue, and managing client relationships within the prize merchandising market.
Role Highlights:
Drive new business development and maintain relationships within the Prize/Ticket Redemption sector.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Sales Team Leader to achieve growth targets.
Conduct daily prospecting and outreach; represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in Prize/Ticket Redemption or a related field.
Proven ability to expand client bases and meet or exceed sales goals.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Willingness to travel monthly and work on-site five days a week.
