Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop training curriculum based on Standard Work Procedures Establish master training schedule to include orientation and onboarding and on-going trainings. Maintain on-site Learning Lab. Provide technical support on systems such as Kronos & MOM for tracking labor accurately. Assesses participants work performance; identify need for additional, specialized, or adaptive instruction. Maintains records of completed training such as TTR, Meg-Ohm, disassembly, and reassembly of product. Maintains current knowledge of Safety, Quality and Operational Standards, and other pertinent systems that may drive training needs. Provides feedback to trainee, department leaders and Site Managers regarding performance and development of the trainee. Ability to collaborate with multiple technical experts across individual product lines to develop training materials. Performs follow-ups with trainees to continuously improve and further develop the training curriculum. Performs other related duties as assigned, up to and including building active orders for products to meet shipment commitments.
