JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose

Direct and control the general business operations of all Consumer Lines of businesses according to the financial objectives and guidelines indicated by the company's commercial and underwriting strategies. It is responsible for achieving top line and bottom line goals set for all assigned business lines.

It is in charge of the expansion of the existing portfolio through new business partners and opportunities, as well of the administration of existing portfolios and channels of distributions, ensuring compliance with external and internal procedures, standars and the efficiency and viability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Direction and control of marketing and sales strategies.
• Identify new market segments and products.
• Manage risks related to the achievement of your unit's objectives.
• Develop new accident and health, life, and personal lines products for mass and traditional distribution channels through sponsors, insurance brokers and direct customers.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with the P&Ls of your business lines.
• Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned
