Amerisure is recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. After training, this will be a hybrid position working in the office on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s, and remote the remainder of the week.
Position Summary:
Provides effective and efficient information technology services to the organization including first level support for incident resolution and requests, alert communications, and user provisioning administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide hardware and software problem resolution to both internal and external customers per service level standards.
Document all reported issues and resolutions in the incident management system.
Ensure users are updated on progress of issue resolution per service standards.
Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.
Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.
Maintain accurate service desk processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or equivalent years of service.
1 year information technology service desk or customer service experience preferred.
HDI Support Center Analyst Certification preferred.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
