Position: Customer Support Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have prior medical customer service experience and will be comfortable interacting face-to-face at the front counter. With well-polished communication skills and a friendly demeanor, you will engage with customers enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Everett, WA (On-Site Role)

Pay: $20-23 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, including placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Educate patients and clients about medical products and services.
  • Assist customers in fitting and selecting medical products, ensuring a comfortable experience.
  • Process customer orders accurately and input them into the system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team operations.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical products.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions at the front counter.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in data entry and a willingness to learn necessary software applications.
