The Project Coordinator Intern will be assisting the current Program Managers with project tasks such as preparing weekly project Status Reports, scheduling meetings, and taking notes. The Intern will also be assigned simple projects assigned by the PMO director. Intern will also assist with regular weekly/ bi-weekly PMO reports. Intern will also assist in the monitoring/management of the time management system and associated reporting.

This opportunity to the Intern will allow them to learn the basics of Project Management methodology and best practices. The benefit to the organization will be an additional resource that can assist with planning and execution of additional simple projects that continue to sit in the backlog. The additional benefit to the organization will be that the Program Managers and PMO Director can focus more strategy and less on the day to day activities.

Compensation Range: $15.00- $20.00 per hour. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
