Description: Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive VP of Business Development to lead their strategy and growth initiatives in aerospace and defense. This Colorado-based, hybrid role is crafted for a seasoned leader with a strong track record in driving revenue and building impactful teams.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Designing and executing strategic plans to meet ambitious revenue and growth goals.
Building a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients and closing key partnerships.
Collaborating closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Overseeing the business development lifecycle from market research to finalizing partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Business, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
15+ years in business development or sales, preferably in aerospace or defense.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
Skilled in using CRM systems and maintaining effective customer relationship processes.
Excellent communication, experience with export controls and international regulations, and proficiency in CRM tools.
