Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a QTM Program Manager in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
This Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Quick to Market (QTM) program. The Program Manager will work closely with the QTM Program Manager, team members, partners, client contacts, technical team and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities of a Program Manager are:

• Coordinate project activities and resources across different departments and functions


• Execute administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and tracking program progress


• Communicate project status, updates and issues to program managers, team members, partners, client, and other stakeholders


• Conduct regular customer project meetings and presentations


• Conduct partner and customer calls for the program including gathering information regarding project timelines


• Support program manager in developing project plans and timelines; Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and changes


• Create and manage partner deployment timeline for each customer workload, tracking status, identifying delay risks and changes


• Monitor partner performance and quality using appropriate tools and methods


• Organize and maintain project documentation and records


• Cross train to assist with additional QTM program activities as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience


• 4+ years proven experience in project coordination or management


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software and other relevant tools


• Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and standards


• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities


• Knowledge of the FastTrack program, FastTrack approach and able to articulate the value of FastTrack


• Excellent organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of working directly with Microsoft Partners


• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
