Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking an EIT Program Analyst.

System Analysis & Support:


  • Analyze and support existing EIT systems to ensure optimal performance and meet business needs

  • Conduct routine system audits, identify issues, and troubleshoot to resolve them in a timely manner

  • Document system processes, modifications, and provide support to users as needed

Requirements Gathering:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, and perform system analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives

System Development & Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with developers and other EIT team members to design and implement new system features or enhancements

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure a smooth implementation

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide necessary training for end-users

Data Management:

  • Support data integrity and governance initiatives by establishing standards for data handling within EIT systems

  • Perform data analysis to assist stakeholders in data-driven decision-making processes

Documentation & Training:

  • Create and maintain documentation related to system design, configuration, and workflow processes

  • Provide training to end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements and recommend solutions

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS)

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to dissect complex processes

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Project Management: Capable of managing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system configurations






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
