We are qualified to Lead as well as train individuals to Lead Business Performance and Transformation programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Director of Transformation role located in Frisco, TX at Dillon Morgan Consulting (DMC). The Director of Transformation will lead business transformation initiatives by developing and implementing strategies that improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. They will work with clients to understand their business goals, identify critical areas for improvement, and design and drive the transformational change that delivers tangible business value.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience in management consulting, business operations, and/or transformation experience
  • Experience delivering business transformation programs, across multiple industries and geographies
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Ability to assess a client's business process, technology, and people capabilities, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, as well as change, and conflict management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor team members

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Change Management:

Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.

Foster a culture of agility and adaptability among employees.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.

Technology Integration:

Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Drive the integration of digital solutions to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency gains.

Performance Measurement:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.

Regularly assess and report on the progress of

transformation programs to executive leadership.

Talent Development:

Build and lead a high-performing team to support business transformation efforts.

Provide coaching and mentorship to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Serves as a member of the consulting group management team
• Supervises , develops, and trains associates, senior associates and managers
• Reviews and evaluates work prepared by associates, senior associates and managersTrains staff and managers on how to use current tools and Industry Specialty Services methodology
• Schedules and supervises workload of employees
• Provides verbal and written performance feedback to employees
• Acts as a Career Advisor to members of the overall practice
