We are looking for a high performer for a dual role for Sales and Program Management to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This role will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, creating sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation for new business, relationship building, and deal closing. Additionally, the Program Managers will report into this position. We're looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General:
Provide leadership, motivation, encouragement to sales and program management teams to ensure quotas are met.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and program management representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Work with management and the sales and program management teams to analyze business strategies affecting growth and finances.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
Sales Management:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets, continuous improvement of Americas as Sales region.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
Program Management:
Manage the customer development projects from acquisition until product launch (project request approval until project closure) focusing on programs (complex multi-site projects involving different regions).
Manage the planning, structure and coordination of all projects related activities of a cross functional team in accordance with the MoldTecs development process to ensure the achievement of quality, timing, and commercial targets.
Manage the achievement of quality requirements by initialing and coordinating all required activities (risk analysis, feasibility, product assurance plan).
Successfully meet project budgets, timing, and profitability responsibilities.
Ensure the planning and business case tracking and analysis of corrective actions and/or escalate in case of deviations.
Ensure the maintenance of all PM relevant (master) data, CIM Database, information and PM relevant documentation is available and up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's in business or related field required.
Seven or more years of experience in managing sales and program management in a corporate setting and with the big 4 OEM in North America.
Successful previous experience as a sales manager and/or program manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in International Project and International Company with Matrix Organization.
Superb leadership ability and proven record of success with the entire sales and program management process, from planning to end of production.
Strong business sense and industry expertise in automotive, injection molding and complex assembly.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Proven organizational, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills required.
