As a Solution Analyst at TrackMy, you will play a key role in delivering and implementing solutions for our clients. You'll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure that TrackMy's technology effectively addresses business needs. This role requires a blend of problem-solving, technical skills, and communication to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and document workflows
Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure technical solutions align with client needs
Support the implementation and integration of TrackMy solutions, ensuring successful rollouts
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to validate solutions before deployment
Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting, addressing any issues or gaps in the solution
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to existing systems
Train and guide clients on the best use of TrackMy solutions to maximize their efficiency
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and TrackMy product updates to offer expert guidance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, solution analysis, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business terms
Experience with software implementation or working with SaaS solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and project documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare IT, education, or compliance industries
Basic knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC)
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
