Our client, the leader in the SaaS Identity space has an outstanding Workplace Receptionist opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a fully onsite role located in Bellevue, WA.

Required Skills & Experience
Proficient in Mac OS X and G Suite.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or employee experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and a strong customer focus.
Positive attitude and strong social skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills & Experience
CPR, AED, and First Aid certification nice to have, but training provided if needed.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Reception:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Create a welcoming environment for all office guests.
Greet, direct, and sign in visitors.
Build strong relationships with office employees and leadership.
Communicate office updates proactively to employees.
Maintain the visitor log for both internal and external guests.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Security & Health and Safety:
Collaborate with the Site Manager and client's Physical Security and Health and Safety teams to maintain site safety and security.
Report and assist with security and safety issues, inspections, and training.
Manage inventory, distribution, and tracking of temporary access badges.
Create and manage access badges for new employees, maintaining accurate logs.
Conduct periodic badge audits.
Coordinate with building management to update employee building access lists.
Assist in emergency drills and overall office safety.
Administration:
Report to the Bellevue Workplace Site Manager.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
Help ensure employees remain productive and satisfied in the office.
Manage all mailroom operations for incoming and outgoing items.
Support Dayporter with cleaning, stocking, and maintaining office F&B programs.
Direct employees to internal resources and tools.
Assist with event setups and conference room bookings.
Prepare conference rooms for in-person and virtual meetings.
Provide support for Workplace projects, as capacity allows.
Assist on-site vendors with access and support.
Maintain the organization and appearance of the lobby and office.
Complete research projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
