Responsibilities:Administrative Support- (40%): Help manage incoming requests, emails, and correspondence-connecting parties with the appropriate contact for immediateresolution. Maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinatemeeting agendas. Coordinate board meetings and agenda setting- records minutes asneeded.Operations- (40%): Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, andmaintenance. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement standardoperating procedures for efficient and consistent operations. Manage purchasing, and inventory to ensure timely availability ofnecessary supplies and equipment. Provide onsite support for facilities management, including presenceat safety inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Act as the onsite Safety Officer, tracking lab data, reporting safetyincidents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Coordinate work for new vendors, manage vendor relationships, trackpurchase orders, and ensure timely invoicing.Culture & People- (20%): Coordinate new employee office set-ups and assist with theonboarding process. Manage all anniversary, special event and birthday recognitionprograms. Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 2+ years previous administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential or business-sensitive information.
