Job Description:

Our client, a fantastic medical non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary to permanent Grants Manager to join their Resource Development team!


The Job:

• Draft grant proposals, inquiry letters, project concepts, and reports.


• Develop grant strategies that are aligned with funding needs.


• Coordinate prospecting, review opportunities, and develop briefs.


• Establish calendar of application submissions,


• Handle all administrative aspects of grant writing, fundraising, and documentation.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant development experience.


• A master's degree and 8+ years of relevant development experience.


• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!


• Creative problem-solver with technological savviness.


• Strong proposal, research, and reporting skills.

About the Position:

• $38/hr-$43/hr, while temporary.


• $85k-$93k, when permanent.


• 100% on-site with the potential for 1-day WFH.


• Metro accessible Washington, DC office.
