We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal/Office Manager to support a terrific, North County firm! This dual-role involves assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation while managing the day-to-day functions of the office. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Draft, review, and file legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
Manage case files and deadlines.
Oversee office operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Supervise administrative staff.
Maintain office policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certification
3-5 years as a litigation paralegal, with office management experience.
Strong knowledge of CA court procedures and rules.
Possess expert organizational skills, team management, proficiency in legal and office software.
