Your Role: Academic Worker - Talent Acquisition Employer Branding 

In your role as the Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Academic Worker, you’ll work alongside the TA Operations Director to execute and implement digital employer branding activities, support candidate outreach within our talent community and design recruiter tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of recruiting tools




• Build and design email campaigns for Talent Community newsletter




• Assist in the updates and content creation for the Career Website

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university




• Required Experience: Experience working in a website content management system (CMS), digital email design or customer/candidate relationship management (CRM) tool




• Strong communication skills, both written and oral




• A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Exceptional digital marketing development and design skills




• Prior experience in branding or brand management, or experience working at a marketing agency in a digital marketing role




• Prior experience working in Canva or Adobe’s creative suite




• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and foster relationships

Additional Information:

• Hours: ~10-20 hours a week as academic schedule allows




• Location: This is a remote (campus-based), proximity to Global Elanco Headquarters - Greenfield, IN is preferred
