Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director to preform the duties of a Technology Service Management Policy Director.
In this role, you will:
Resposbile for management of up to five ITSO RAUs and ensure enterprise policy management office control requirements including (but not limited to) Policy refresh, policy implications, controls uplift.
Lead ITSO RCSA and monthly and annual RCSA refresh for all RAUs.
Act as the single point of contact for Independent Risk Management assessments, Planned Audits, Ongoing Audit Monitoring, SOX/COSO Testing, Evidence Based Control Evaluations (EBCE), Independent Testing Validation (ITVT)and external exams.
Ensure industry alignment and adherence to ITIL, COBIT, NIST and Cloud Security controls. Support self ID risks and issues, lead corrective actions and meet sustainability targets.
Assess alignment of Operational Risk Events (ORE) or Near Misses to ensure accountable RAUs are aligned.
Identifying emerging risks, control gaps, control failures and escalate deficiencies to Technology Risk and Controls Committee (TRCC) and Enterprise Risk and Controls Committee (ERCC).
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to employees, both managers and individual contributors. Guide, negotiate, and collaborate with various levels of executive leadership across Wells Fargo. Day-to-day guidance and problem resolution with Technology and Technology Infrastructure leadership.
Develop and grow a healthy talent pipeline, diverse talent skillsets and mentor risk management professionals for leadership roles.
Collaboration and integration of all controls across WF Technology for robust control mapping to satisfy regulatory requirements for domestic and internal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
8+ years of experience building, leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance engineering teams.
4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Agile processes and cloud service development.
Proficiency in ITIL, COBIT, NIST and Cloud Security control frameworks
Experience with communicating complex topics to customers and business executives

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $173,300.00 - $359,900.00 Benefits
