Location: Ohio Area Territory: Ohio, Indiana, and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
Visit and communicate with new and existing customers to understand their needs and explain how specific products can meet those needs (travel required)
Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and lead times
Sell products to new prospects, communicate the company's value proposition, and identify opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share
Develop and maintain strong customer/prospect relationships
Manage the territory sales funnel for new business
Provide regular progress reports on each account
Monitor new and existing accounts for any issues that may affect sales
Investigate and resolve account complaints/issues with the sales team
Attend trade shows and association meetings (may require overnight travel)
Maintain accurate expense and sales reports
Improve selling techniques and internal product knowledge
Adapt to changes productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Ability to travel locally and overnight up to 80%
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
College degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years direct outside account selling experience required
Experience in the tape and label or converting industries strongly preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Midwest
