We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer with expertise in marine dredging to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly in marine projects, and will be responsible for overseeing dredging operations, ensuring project specifications are met, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage marine dredging activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of work performed.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards during dredging operations.
Prepare daily reports documenting work progress, challenges, and solutions.
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Analyze project data and provide recommendations for improvements in processes and efficiencies.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on dredging operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience in marine dredging or related construction projects.
Strong understanding of marine construction methods, equipment, and environmental regulations.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with hydraulic and mechanical dredging equipment.
