Job Description:

**3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE**


1st Shift - 7am - 3pm (limited availability)


2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm


3rd Shift - 11pm - 7am


PAY


$15/HOUR


$1.25 shift differential paid when 2nd or 3rd shift hours are worked


SUMMARY


Performs a variety of functions related to the manufacturing of wire and cable products. Manufacturing Associate I is an entry level associate who has little or no previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


* Understand, translate, process work orders and other production documents.
* Operate multiple production lines, adhering to standard work and quality guidelines.
* Perform detailed quality assurance inspections to ensure product meets customers specifications.
* Troubleshoot production machines to ensuring calibration and machinery meets requirements.
* Utilize testing equipment when necessary - ovens, micrometers, and magnifying equipment.
* Handle bare product, raw materials and finished goods by means of loading and unload spools and/or drums.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace by practicing proper 5S techniques.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES


This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
