Service Planning Specialist at The Judge Group Inc. in Ramsey, New Jersey

Location: Ramsey, NJ

Salary: $33.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly

Description:
Our client, a leading firm in the imaging industry is looking for an achievement focused self-starter for this position. This is a key role within the organization and will report to the Service Manager.

This is a 6 month contact to hire. Conversion Salary target is $65,000-75,000


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Repair and maintenance of electronic equipment

• Control inventory including purchases from Japan and other vendors

• Control capex

• Track daily incoming/outgoing registrations

• Track daily repair and calibration service

• Establish efficient procedures for contract renewals

• Maintain ISO-17025 documentation

• Special projects as needed



REQUIREMENTS:


• AA degree in electronics or at least 5 years' experience in the industry

• Strong organizational and communications skills

• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Access and Excel

• Basic knowledge and understanding of computer programming a plus

• Experience in repair of electronic equipment a plus
