The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing information for the internal team expeditiously, interfacing with vendors to support project timelines, updating expediting reports accurately and tracking submittals. The Purchasing Project Coordinator will work with internal teams to creatively and proactively avoid potential risks to project timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of FF&E, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to assist in creating cost-effective purchasing strategies.
