NGL Distribution Coordinator at Targa Resources in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Update BAVs daily using the source file

·       Liase with Volume Control Analysts regarding changes or discrepancies on BAVs

·       Manage all non-physical distribution within Targa and at third-party locations

·       Give/take distribution for non-physical moves

o   RightAngle order set-up

o   Write all Targa IT letters and distribute

o   Actualize all IT letters in RightAngle, Targa and third-party

·       Book transfers

o   Review and confirm any third-party book proposals

o   Propose book transfers to customers

o   Write and distribute letters when appropriate

o   Book all agreed book transfers in RightAngle

o   Actualize all book letters in RightAngle, Targa and third-party

·       Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree with an exception for industry experience

·       Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team with minimum supervision

·       Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others

·       Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

·       Regular and reliable attendance

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       3-5 years of NGL experience

·       RightAngle Experience      

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team

·       Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work

·       Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines
