Responsible for following safety policies and procedures, and all required GMP's and applicable manufacturing procedures.

Assemble all types and sizes of product, components, and sub-assemblies using a variety of standard and specialty assembly machines or hand operations. May be required to press, bond, solder, flare, strip, clamp, sand, weld, mount/takedown or inspect for appearance, gauging of parts by "no-go" or "go" gauges and set fixtures.
Shows the ability to consistently meet daily production goals while building a high quality product, part or subassembly to specification.
Works with Production Clerks to help facilitate inventory accuracy
Follow department procedures on material replenishment.
Provides assistance to MOB engineering including MRB investigations and ESM production.
Assists as required in training of manufacturing personnel.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve team performance.
Be able to work flexible or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Successfully demonstrate mechanical aptitude either through testing and/or job related experience, technical training or certification where required.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or Minimum of one (1) year manufacturing or production related experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Optimally demonstrate mechanical aptitude either through testing and/or job related experience, technical training or certification where required.
Ability to read and write, interprets, comprehend and consistently follow specifications written in English.
Ability to perform basic math calculations and use measuring devices and tools.
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
Displays a positive demeanor.
Ability to obtain department certifications needed.

Department Specific Requirements:
TM II Nitinol / Denali (Filters): Requires extended periods of microscope work, greater attention to detail, pass department certifications to successfully load filters.
TM II Ultra Score / Crossers / Wovens (Pad Print-Distal Tips) : Mechanical skills for machine setup, process 30+ items from various departments, and understands business impact to teams providing product for.
TM II 023's (Balloon Ties) : Must have greater attention to detail, work safely with razor blades, fine motor skills, and be able to visually inspect for balloon defects.
TM II True (Bladder Station, Final Consolidation and Longitudinal Panels) : Must have greater attention to detail, work safely with razor blades, fine motor skills, and be able to visually inspect for balloon defects.
TM II Conquest/SA : Must have mechanical skill, and provide technical support to surrounding team members. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, and endurance of moderate chemical expose during spray operations.
TM II Final Packaging Operator (Building 1) : Must have greater attention to detail in relation to DHR/LHR and GMP specifications, along with performing the 899 Process, and completing JDE tasks. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, and process packaging items from various departments.
TM II Atlas EI (Cell Leader - Sand, Glue and UV) : Must possess the ability to lead flow within their respective cells to meet daily goals, move operators based on demand while collaborating with additional cells ensuring success across the team.
Physical Demands: (if applicable)
Ability to work under magnification for long periods of time. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 35 lbs. (over 35 lbs. with assistance). Repetitive use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and/or perform repetitive hand/wrist movement.
Work Environment: (if applicable)
May require some exposure to chemicals used in manufacturing processes. Some minor physical inconvenience or discomfort occasionally present in the work situation (moderate noise, disagreeable odors, etc.). Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Training Requirements:
On-the-Job, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) required for position, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
