WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO:
Manage customer requests, questions, issues, and complaints on a variety of support channels (i.e., telephone, chat, email, video calls).
Provide customer technical support in product application, installation and use, including software application and setup.
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot accounts on our BinCloud software.
Be responsible for the execution of return and repair services of electronic and electromechanical equipment. Interface with sales, Customer Service and customers directly to provide resolution of equipment technical or repair issues.
Suggest, improve, and implement new processes and procedures to more efficiently execute activities above.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years in a technical field preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong relationship talent with a focus on pleasing the customer.
Strong experience with computers, software applications, network architectures and MS product software.
Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.
Experience in the use of general test equipment.
DEMANDS OF THIS POSITION:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., often while climbing a ladder.
Must be comfortable in industrial settings, including heights in and around large vessels and silos.
Must be willing and able to travel (including overnight stays). Travel is estimated at 5%.
Valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport.
Must possess and maintain a safe driving record and a valid State of Nebraska driver's license.
