Range is seeking an experienced Associate for a Partner in the Digital division. This group manages some of the world's leading influencers and works on partnering them with Fortune 500 brands, strategizing and developing 360 plans to achieve vision through consumer goods brands, podcasts, product collaborations, and TV shows.
The ideal candidate is organized, a self starter and able to multitask. An active social media user, knowledgeable of the digital landscape, ambitious for a progressive career in digital and branding, with a passion for entertainment and culture. The Associate will be responsible for administrative support on a high-volume desk and execution of talent brand deals.
Required Competencies/Skills: • Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital or endorsements, ideally in management or at a talent agency • General administrative duties including managing calendars, meeting prep, and submitting expenses • Interacting with clients and executives • Highly organized, works well under pressure, pro-active • Passion for digital, marketing and social media • Proficient using Microsoft office and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.) video editing and photo shop is a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining a strict level of confidentiality • Resourceful in finding information and problem solving • Well versed in emerging trends in pop culture and content • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
