Clearwater corporate office is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to assist in the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Staff.
Job Responsibilities would include:
First line of defense for answering and rerouting calls. Handling company voicemails.
Managing corporate calendars and vetting emails.
Daily errand running (handle all mail, shipments, errands, lunch, etc.)
Filing and organizing
Data Entry & Administrative Work like completing Vendor Applications and completing forms.
Front Door Reception (welcome customers and vendors and arrange for appropriate handling, prep for meetings)
General Office Necessities (ordering office supplies, ensuring office spaces are tidy and orderly, etc.)
Assisting other departments as needed.
The following are required:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent time management skills and prioritizing projects accordingly.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to run errands in transportation.
This position is hourly, full-time with benefits after 60 days. We offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and a 401K retirement program. PTO is after one year.
