Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Pella Products of KC, Inc. in Lenexa, KS. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in selecting and servicing Pella® window and door products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Our Customer Support Specialists will coordinate the order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and possible installation of customer orders in a timely manner. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that each detail in the customer's order is fulfilled correctly by managing orders from the point of contract through final resolution including coordinating all warranty and service repair and replacement. They work closely with sales teams, order fulfillment teams and 3rd party subcontractors to provide and achieve excellent customer satisfaction. They must be able to work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of window and door products is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical degree preferred
1-2 year's customer service experience required
Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required
