Position Summary

Professional with experience in community engagement, communications, project and program management, activation, event management, institutional record keeping, and planning. Supports the community engagement activation and communication. Maintains accurate records of community partnerships and event participation, supports bank charters with community events participation, and serves as a brand ambassador for the bank.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain institutional records and data management for community partner organizations




• Support volunteer event creation & communication, utilize volunteer software system to manage events & pull reports, train others on using volunteer platform




• Support event planning and meeting logistics,




• Coordinate community engagement throughout the company




• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure proper representation




• Oversee communication plans for externally community events




• Assist with payment processing and reporting of donations and sponsorships

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of related experience




• Background in community engagement and working with diverse audiences preferred




• Experience with project management including tools like Workday, Salesforce and Kadince preferred




• Bachelor’s degree preferred




• No direct budget management, but responsible for ensuring timely execution and payment of third-party services
