Table Operator at Hendrickson in Dayton, Ohio

Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing material to supply machines with material and tooling.


• Perform operations following processes defined by machine procedural manual.


• Operate production machines & equipment at or above minimum standards.


• Assure correctness of raw materials and inspection of parts.

De-molder (Table Operator)

• Produces quality springs while removing


• Must be precise when removing springs, no damages to mold or springs when removing


• Operators must be able to lift and remove springs from the mold


• Complete required documentation and training as directed


• Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead


• Adheres to Safety & Quality Standards

Winders

• Winds curative & resin dipped fiberglass around the mold


• Ensures quality parts are being produced when winding


• Complete required documentation and training as directed


• Effectively communicate issues to the Team Lead


• Adheres to Safety & Quality Standards


• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required


• Strong attendance history


• Ability to read and write legibly is required


• Ability to lift up to 40lb required


• Meet production-servicing standards is required
