Position Summary

• Plans and implements specialized programs using a variety of rehabilitation and expressive therapies.


• Includes physical, social, and creative skills designed to promote patient recovery, resiliency, and independence.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Art, Music, Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, or related discipline. Must be certified as a Therapeutic Recreational Specialist or LCSW.

Experience: Three years clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, with at least one year's experience applying activity therapy methods and techniques.
