Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a skilled and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting our Research and Development (R&D) department. This newly created role offers an opportunity to drive HR strategies that align with business goals, promote a strong culture, and enhance organizational performance within a global leader in digital reality solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational expertise to support our growth and performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Alignment
    • Partner with R&D leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering growth and team performance.
  2. Talent Management
    • Oversee strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
    • Collaborate with leaders on succession planning and career path development for key roles.
    • Identify and address skills gaps through employee development initiatives.
  3. Organizational Development
    • Lead organizational change efforts, providing support and resources to enable smooth transitions.
    • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures, recommending improvements as needed.
  4. Performance Management
    • Guide managers in goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes to foster team growth.
    • Implement and track performance metrics to inform improvements in team and individual performance.
  5. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Cultivate a positive work culture that enhances engagement and satisfaction.
    • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and coach managers and team members as required.
  6. Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Present HR performance data on turnover, retention, and workforce demographics to leadership.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR business partner or similar strategic role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and change management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, culturally diverse environment.
  • Customer service focus with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
