In the role as a Executes and supports brand strategy, development, and implementation to ensure consistent messaging and enhance brand equity both internally and externally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute and Support Brand Strategy: Maintain and uphold brand identity standards, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal elements.
Manage Technical and Functional Aspects: Oversee and prioritize enhancements, defects, and maintenance work for the Brand Center and related platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for teams utilizing review flows, coordinating with legal, business, and product teams to meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support brand-related initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
Submit and manage capital funding requests and plan resources to support brand activities.
Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts degree or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Typically 5-8 years of experience in a related field. Design experience required.
Supervisory: No.
Our Lead Brand Managers earn between $116,700 - $175,100 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
