Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards.


• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

• Administer monthly attendance and safety incentives.


• Support company policies, dress codes, work rules, safety rules, and ethics.


• Oversee the daily operation of the company-wide EH&S program.


• Monitor and document compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.


• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.


• Prepare required reports for corporate headquarters.


• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety culture and enhance safety awareness.


• Maintain and update the library of safety and environmental documentation as needed.


• Document and monitor prevention training and report on accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience managing an industrial safety program.


• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited Safety program.


• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.


• Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety programs and training.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Strong teamwork and work ethics.
