The Shop Service Coordinator coordinates shop activities for the Equipment Shop in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”


Pay Rate:  $67,873.44 - $93,328.89 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

  • Edit technician reports and add SIMS

  • Opens work orders

  • Makes purchases through Procureit

  • Preorders parts for equipment repair

  • Estimates and quotes internal and external customer repairs

  • Determine warranty coverage and initiate warranty repairs

  • Invoices work orders

  • Serves as the first line customer contact

  • Follows up with customers on customer concerns

  • Other duties as assigned by manager


Required Education and Experience:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry 

  • 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience

  • 3-5 years customer service experience


Physical Demands & Competencies:



  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills

  • Safety & Product Knowledge

  • Intermediate knowledge of DBS

  • Intermediate knowledge of ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW


Work Environment:



  • Noise: Loud

  • Indoors and Outdoors


Travel Requirements:



  • Up to 25%
