Description :

Consistently and effectively demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies, effectively facilitating the fulfillment of all assigned project tasks and deliverables in accordance with PSG standards, and to the full satisfaction of the project sponsor and stakeholders.

Throughout the project lifecycle, provide detailed tasks and activities with timeframes, and any identified dependencies, assumptions, issues and risks to the Project Manager or Work Stream Lead.

Working independently, research and resolve project related issues by responding to stakeholders with an appropriate sense of urgency, communicating action plans and update in a timely manner.

As applicable, execute from start to finish projects with high level of quality, accuracy and ensure all key parties are well aware of the status and any changes to timelines, scope, and costs.

Demonstrate flexibility in taking ownership of assigned projects regardless of which stage they are allocated to you.

Measurement : Measured through Manager's observation, Multi Rater responses, and other feedback from sponsors, stakeholders and peers. Additionally:


  • Active application of the PSG guidelines and standards to all related project deliverables at initiation stage. All project activities shall be fulfilled in accordance with PSG guidelines and standards and as per determined methodology (e.g. Waterfall and/or Agile).

  • Project initiation documents including scope should clearly articulate the business objective, be of high quality and include as-is and future state as applicable.

  • All resulting documentation is clear, concise and accurately reflecting the business objectives and requirements, is appropriately approved, and done within agreed timeframe. Retain all documents and related artifacts in the specified Share Point project folders.

  • Independently demonstrate capabilities around managing any conflicts or challenging situations with awareness of the project and organizational objectives and strategic outcomes.

  • Do active planning around project deliverables: BPA, testing prep and execution, installation, post install support and project closure. Results of any PCR's that may be conducted on assigned projects. Regular review of plan on own deliverables with project manager and / or direct manager.

  • Monitor and be accountable on actual versus estimated hours, costs and duration of effort. Proactively escalate and document anticipated variances to PM and/or direct manager. Maintain your project timelines and estimates on a weekly basis to assist in accurate resource planning.

  • Accurately record time in PPM to the appropriate activity / project on a weekly basis.

Work constructively with all parties involved in the project and take prompt action to identify and prevent any arising conflict situations. Exhibits confidence/able to lead discussions. Take personal responsibility for effectively communicating (written and verbal) the work you do, finding the right level to help others understand what you are trying to achieve and how. Be an expert as it relates to Treasury activities including proven knowledge of Capital Markets, Trade Settlement, Bank Wholesale Funding, and Regulatory Reporting. Be an expert as it relates to Treasury activities including proven knowledge of life cycle events for securities, interest rate derivatives, and money market instruments from trade order entry through maturity.
