The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management and providing comprehensive Human Resource support, including employee relations, performance management, orientations, communications, and project management. This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources.
The HR Business Partner will support our Sales division. If you have relationship-building, strong organizational, and communications skills, this is your role! You will drive HR initiatives such as Performance management, Culture, Employee Engagement, Recruitment & Retention. Additionally, this role will support the People Resources team in day-to-day activities such as employee relations, and performance management and have a pulse of the organization.
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Requirements:
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
Assist in leadership development and key talent retention efforts (e.g engagement interviews, pulse focus checks, coaching/counseling, employee recognition, talent talks)
Assist in developing solutions through organizational development (e.g. restructuring, roles and responsibility clarification, workforce planning)
Support strategic project work - coordination of calibration sessions, 360-degree feedback sessions, etc.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity, and recommend needed changes
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures
Maintain current knowledge of state and federal employment & pay laws
Have broad experience across multiple functions of Human Resources
Strong presentation and & interpersonal skills
The ability to coordinate & collaborate with other departments both within and outside of the PRT function
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related function would be nice but, professional experience and cross-functional skills are great too!
5-7 years experience in Human Resources
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Solid skills in Project Management, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and the ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $85,000 and $95,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
