Qualifications:
Hartwick College, a nationally ranked, selective liberal arts and sciences institution,
invites applications for a position as an Adjunct Lecturer of Business Administration
for the Spring 2025 semester. The successful candidate will have the
opportunity to teach Sports Management. Students will have taken Introduction to Business Administration and will be eager to be enrolled in this first course in their Sports Management sequence. Sport Management is designed to help students become competent managers to meet the demands of the sports industry. The course is a deep dive into several career paths including intercollegiate athletics, professional sports organization, working in public recreation and park systems, facility and event management, and/or community based athletic programs. Additional teaching opportunities in future semesters may be available.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Management or similar experience and credentials. Applicants should be committed to teaching excellence.

Salary Range: $830-1,100 per credit
