Responsibilities:?
You will post and review all job ad postings on a routine basis You are responsible for ensuring current job postings are clear, up to date, and relevant You will conduct preliminary screening and schedule qualified candidates with hiring managers for all non-exempt positions You will request background and drug tests for all new hires You will be required to manage the companys applicant tracking system by ensuring each applicant is accurately tracked throughout the recruitment workflow You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for warehouse referrals from current employees You will identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools You will be required to communicate with candidates prompt and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process You will perform various administrative duties for recruiting and the HR department You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
