The Manager, Enterprise Architecture Enablement, is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the enterprise architecture enablement team. This role involves guiding the team in the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies that support the organization's business objectives. The Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that architecture solutions are aligned with the company's goals and will mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
Strategic Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business strategies into architecture solutions that drive organizational goals. Ensure that architectural initiatives are executed effectively and align with business priorities.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of architecture projects, ensuring that they meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure that architecture solutions are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of proven experience in leading enterprise architecture or related disciplines.
Strong background in project management, with experience overseeing complex business or technology initiatives.
Experience in mentoring and leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering strategic business value.
Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Domicile Information:
This position is domiciled in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh PA, or can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
